Privacy at SLOWMIND.

1.Who we are

SLOWMIND is operated by Slow Mind, MB, a private limited entity registered in Lithuania under company code 307673657, with its registered office at Burbiškių g. 6-59, LT-03164 Vilnius, Lithuania. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Slow Mind, MB is the data controller for personal information we collect through this website and the app. You can reach us at info@slowmind.app.

2.What we collect on this website

This website is intentionally minimal. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels. We do not set cookies for tracking. The only personal information we receive from this site is what you choose to send us — for example, when you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to our inbox so we can reply.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, page requested) for a short period to operate and secure the service. These logs are not used to build a profile of you.

3.What the app will collect

The slowmind.app app is not yet available to the public. When it launches, we expect it to collect only the information needed to provide the service you have asked for. That will include:

• An account identifier (email address) if you choose to create an account so your profile can sync between devices.
• Your responses to in-app prompts and questions, and the insights the app derives from them — together forming your private self-discovery profile.
• Basic, anonymised crash and error reports to help us fix bugs.

Your profile belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train machine-learning models outside your own account. You can export or delete your profile at any time.

The app will not require access to your contacts, location, photo library, microphone or camera in order to function. If a future feature needs any of these, you will be asked at the moment it is needed and you can decline.

4.How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Reply to messages you send through the contact form or by email.
• Operate, secure and improve the service.
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and important service notices, if you create an account.
• Comply with legal obligations where required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

5.Who we share it with

We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only under our instructions — for example, our web host and our email provider. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use the data to deliver the service we have contracted them for. We will publish a complete list of subprocessors when the app launches.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6.How long we keep it

Contact form messages are retained in our inbox for as long as the conversation requires, and then archived for a reasonable period in case you write back. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. App account data, when applicable, is kept for as long as your account is open and deleted within 30 days of your request to close it.

7.Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict processing, and to portability of the data you have provided. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@slowmind.app and we will respond within 30 days.

8.Children

SLOWMIND is not directed at children under 13, and the app will not be marketed to them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9.International transfers

Our servers and service providers are located in the European Union. If we ever need to transfer personal data outside the EU or UK, we will do so under appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) and will update this policy.

10.Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and adjust the “last updated” date below. For substantial changes that affect your rights, we will also try to notify you directly — for example, by email if you have an account.
