This page explains how to delete your account in SlowMind (the SlowMind: Personality Tests app on Google Play and the App Store), published by SLOW MIND, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania.
In SlowMind version 1.0.1 or later: open Profile → My account → Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more. Your account and data are deleted right away, and you are signed out.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel yours in the Google Play app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), before or after deleting your account.
Sessions you downloaded live only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app.

| Copies in encrypted backups | Disaster recovery | Overwritten on the normal backup cycle; never restored into the live service |
| Usage analytics, not linked to your name or email | Understanding, in aggregate, how the app is used | Deleted or aggregated within 14 months |
You can also ask us to delete specific data, such as your answers and results for one test, while keeping your account. Email privacy@slowmind.app and tell us what you would like removed.
