1.About these terms

SLOWMIND is operated by Slow Mind, MB, a private limited entity registered in Lithuania under company code 307673657, with its registered office at Burbiškių g. 6-59, LT-03164 Vilnius, Lithuania. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Slow Mind, MB. “You” refers to the person using the website or app. “Service” refers to the website and the mobile application together.

2.Eligibility

You may use the service if you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your country. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3.The website

The website is provided as informational content about our forthcoming app. You may read it, link to it, and quote short excerpts from it with attribution. You may not copy or republish substantial portions of it without our written permission. The contact form is provided as a courtesy and is not a guarantee of a reply; we will make a reasonable effort to respond.

4.The app (when available)

When the SLOWMIND app is released, these terms will also apply to its use. We will provide additional, app-specific terms inside the app where they materially differ from this page — for example, regarding subscriptions, in-app purchases, and platform-specific rules from Apple and Google.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest or copy the service for the purpose of building a competing product.
• Submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

6.Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us — for example, what you write in the contact form, or the responses and self-discovery profile you build inside the app when it launches. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (storing your profile, syncing across your devices, generating personal insights). We do not claim ownership of your content, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models outside your own account.

7.Intellectual property

The SLOWMIND name, the wordmark, the design of this website and the design of the app are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may not use the SLOWMIND name or logo to imply endorsement without our written permission.

8.Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make a reasonable effort to give advance notice of material changes, particularly to features of the app that you rely on once it is released.

9.Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the service — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional in your area.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any reasonable losses, costs and expenses we suffer because of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

12.Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service is harmful to others.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Vilnius, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date below and, where practical, notify users with accounts. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
